Storage Banc - REFUSED TO NOTIFY ME OF A TIMELY PROBLEM.

May 2008:

RANDY WEISSMAN of Storage Banc in Overland MO sold (a clients) personal property concerning a $19 bill (mailed in January 2008) AND lied to MSSI in St Peters MO (a Collection Agency) in order to damage a long-term Clients credit.

The Federal Trade Commission is currently investigating.

MSSI in St Peters MO, thinks the client owes over four hundred dollars on the alleged $19 bill.

The other accomplices at Storage Banc are Glenn (a Manager) and Vicki (an Office Manager).

Again, Storage Banc at 1600 Woodson Rd in Overland MO is trying to destroy a long-time Clients credit by alleging the client owes over four hundred dollars on a nineteen dollar bill that was sent on schedule.

Review about: Storage Locker.

We would never sell a customer's goods at auction without first completely exhausting every avenue to collect from the cutomer. We held this customers goods, without payment, for over six-months prior to the auction.

We contacted the customer several times over the phone in an attempt to collect. We also complied with Missour law by mailing notices to the customer.

In fact, we talked to her the day before the sale in one final attempt to collect.

We are a customer focused storage company that serves hundreds of customers without incident.Unfortunately, not all of our tenants live up to their obligatiions, and we must use the necessary remedies to regain posession of our storage unit.
